"I don't want to achieve immortality through my work; I want to achieve immortality through not dying."
- Woody Allen (1935- )

The following are some projects (even in a wider sense) I am currently working on (I plan to release eventual artefacts under the GNU Lesser General Public License in the near future):

Molecule Application Framework

MetaworX

Molecule is an application framework for building quickly enterprise systems, that are in need of an agile, adaptive architecture.

It will be based on a set of hand-picked open source frameworks and should get you up and running quicker that Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks currently available.

Agile Book

My German book "Agile Prozesse - Fallstricke erkennen und vermeiden" is currently in the making and will be published in the second quarter of 2008.

Scrum

Scrum is an iterative, incremental process invented by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland for developing any product or managing any work. It produces a potentially shippable set of functionality at the end of every iteration.

As a paracticing Certified Scrum Master (CSM) I try to apply Scrum principles in my daily work, while I happen to collaborate with project stakeholders and team members.
